How many times have we happened to be abroad and to find, among the proposals of Italian inspiration, the carbonara?
As the chef Corsini also states: “By now it is such a well-known dish that it does not necessarily represent only Rome and Lazio, but Italy, especially abroad. For this reason, in fact, it is a preparation appreciated by all, both Italian and foreign. ”
And it’s really true! The carbonara is imitated (not always happily) and appreciated everywhere. Such a seasoned pasta dish is really delicious and extremely satisfying.
