We know it well: truffle makes all dishes very very special, and we know that it’s impossible to resist it it meets eggs or our home-made tagliolini, but truffle is the undisputed king of the kitchen in every hour, so that even during happy hour it becomes the protagonist.
Even far from lunch or dinner time you can get a taste of its many qualities during a very special aperitif. For example, try our Margarita (tequila, lime, salt with truffles, fresh truffles), or the exotic Orient Express, prepared with our products (kumquat, sugar, truffle bitter, Franciacorta, truffle honey, fresh truffles).
We do not serve cocktails, but dreams in small sips. Try them!
