As our now consolidated habit we changed the Milan menu for the new season. It takes on new tastes for the coming months. The season changes and we change with it, with wisdom, a sparkle of originality, a touch of madness (the good one!) and some flakes of truffle!

So here it is the right opportunity to taste dishes that, we are ready to bet, you will not find anywhere else, such as
Ecco allora l’occasione giusta per gustare piatti che, siamo pronti a scommettere, non troverete da nessun’altra parte, come Seabass Tartare, lentils, sweet and sour Tangerine, buckwheat crumble and fresh Truffle; Marinated salmon, licorice, puntarelle (wild chicory), Truffle caviar and Champagne vinegar and fresh Truffle; Spaghetti (Home Made), Alps butter, oyster, chives, Truffle Caviar and fresh Truffle; or Pan-seared Shrimps, glazed Belgian endive, Teriyaki sauce, bitter cocoa crumble and fresh Truffle.
