Even if it’s still quite hot, soon one of the tastiest pleasures of the year will be available again in the capital: the white truffle!
After a walk in the center of Rome, surrounded by wonderful palaces, fountains and art, there is nothing better than an aperitif, a lunch or a dinner at Tartufi & Friends.
At a stone’s throw from Piazza di Spagna, the Trouffle Lounge of the Capital is ready to welcome you. The new menu of Tartufi & Friends will be enriched, until next January, by delicious dishes made even more good by the overwhelming presence of the white truffle that turns every recipe into pure magic!
From appetizers to desserts, each dish now has its “white” variant, which we encourage you not to miss.
Autumn brings a desire for warmth and enveloping, reassuring scents and colors. In autumn menu our chef Corsini has provided such as the presence of porcini mushrooms or chestnuts, and important meat such as wild boar, lamb, deer.
For example, savor “Roast porcini mushrooms, chestnuts, stewed leek and fresh truffle”, or lose yourself completely with the “scallop of foie gras, orange quince, amaretto crumble and fresh truffle”.
Meat lover? Imagine flakes of white truffle that cover “Risotto, lamb, demi-glace, hazelnut granules” or “Venison fillet, mushroom and spice powder, braised cabbage with red beetroot” or “Duck breast, roast grapes, cabbage black, dark shallot ”.
