For the new year there is the custom to draw up a list of new, better, but always good intentions for the coming months.
We prefer to seal those just passed with tasty and indelible memories. This is why every December 31st we try to give you an unforgettable gastronomic experience to celebrate the ending year.
This year, as always, our executive chef Luca Mauri proposes you, next to the à la carte menu, two exceptional gastronomic routes: Innovation and Extravaganza, both with the black or white truffle option: a calibrated mix of elegance, excellent food and a rich selection of exceptional wines, next to the possibility that gives us the time of year to taste the King of Kings, the white truffle of Alba.
These are some of the dishes we thought for you: Oyster cream, potatoe,Truffle Caviar and fresh Truffle; Turbot, foie gras, lentils and fresh Truffle; Roe sirloin, baby carrots, beetroot, chestnuts in Dijon mustard and fresh Truffle. Or Veal Tortelli, crunchy artichokes, seafood broth and fresh Truffle. For dessert? Why not taste Black shortcrust, pumpkin, dark chocolate mousse and fresh Truffle or Vanilla cream, pistachio sponge, chocolate, raspberry and chocolate crumble?
We can’t always choose how our year will be, but we can surely choose how to finish it!
