Know the truffle. You need five senses to “taste” it.

We may think that in front of a good dish just the sense of taste is involved. Even ignoring the psychological and environmental aspects (such as the occasion, or if we are in the right mood), nothing can be more wrong.

Smell and sight (and in some cultures even touch) play an equally important role in that complex operation that is: enjoy a special meal!

And then if we are in front a crunchy meal … all five senses come into play.

That said you can understand understand why we at Tartufi & Friends prepare our dishes constantly thinking about the five senses! We want to give you a sensory experience that we could definitely call complete!

Come and try yourselves what we are talking about! It’s the only thing that makes … sense!
