It would be enough just a look at these dishes to perceive the scent and enter the mood of the new Milan menu signed by the executive Chef Luca Mauri.
Dishes with fresh aromas and spring colored in the new selection of Tartufi & Friends restaurant in Milan, a new dip in the harmonies of taste to accompany us for upcoming long and hot days.
The recipes strictly follow the philosophy of the Chef, less is more. No more than 5 ingredients for each extraordinary recipe. No more than 5 ingredients because the taste of each one must be full and enveloping, because they must blend together “without distractions”, to strengthen each other and make your senses rejoice.
Among the appetizers we find the foie gras patè, salty shortcrust, asparagus, raspberry vinegar and fresh truffle, or red tuna carpaccio, truffle crumble, fava beans, wasabi mayonnaise and fresh truffles.
