This is the idea of our new Milan Chef, Luca Mauri, always looking excellent ingredients and always with the desire to promote the knowledge of the territory.

Luca’s style is quite accurate: no more than 5 ingredients, with the purpose of creating a light dish and enhancing the flavor of each ingredient. In this way, his cuisine generates satisfaction, evokes memories and provokes the adventure of unusual combinations.

We totally agree with this philosophy, and we are happy to announce a new menu to discover at our Milan restaurant. You can taste new specialties that you will remember for a long time, such as Rice carnaroli salera, Mazara shrimp, sweet onion, lime and fresh truffle, or pea cream with quark, tomato powder and truffle.
