Season changes, menu changes. Following our tradition and philosophy the menu of our restaurants varies periodically to adapt to what Nature offers us to fully enjoy it, with fresh ingredients of the highest quality.
Together with the creative inspiration of our executive Chef Mauri we have created a new menu that brings in the new fruits of the earth and especially the seasonal white truffle! Each dish can be tasted in the two variants with black or white Alba truffle.
Another tasty gift from the forest is the main element of the new autumn proposal by Tartufi & Friends. You can taste porcini salad, chives, parmesan mousse and fresh truffles, or porcini, raspberries, Mazara shrimp and truffle, or sea bass, porcini soup, green sauce and fresh truffle. But also foie gras escalope, caramelized figs, currant vinegar, pan brioche and truffle or ravioli with toma d’alpeggio, pioppini, trevisana and truffle.
