We are almost in spring and the menu of Tartufi & Friends Rome is renewed under the guidance of chef Fabio Cattarin!

The Chef himself explains the importance of seasonality: “Our menu changes four times a year, to always guarantee our customer the top quality, always trying to follow the seasonality of raw materials and ingredients we use in our dishes. Our menus are gourmet: truffle is always the protagonist of the dish but we also squeeze the eye to the Roman tradition such as “cacio e pepe” or “carbonara”, the evergreen of our menu”
So come and taste both the new dishes, such as lasagna with white rogout, forest mushrooms and fresh truffle; salmon pavè, lemongrass infuse and fresh truffle or raw artichokes salad with Parmigiano Reggiano flakes D.O.P. aged 24 months, citronette and fresh truffle, or the classics of the Roman tradition revisited in Tartufi & Friends key!
