We doubled the Milan Special Night of 31th December 2016 in Frankfurt, where our chef Alessandro Cocco prepared a very very special menu, that admirably combines meat and fish:
Red shrimps tartare from Sanremo with burrata, radicchio, oscietra caviar and white truffle
Oyster Fines de Claires, dijon mustard espuma and white truffle
Walnuts fagottelli with lamb scottiglia ragu, sundried tomatoes and black truffle
Grilled umbrine quinoa salad, black clmas and pumpkin and black truffle
