A year and a half from the opening in Rome, Alberto and Angelo Sermoneta launch their second Truffle lounge. Tartufi & Friends, in the prestigious venue of Palazzo Serbelloni, in Corso Venezia 18, Milan. The location offers 250 square meters entirely dedicated to the world of the precious tuber, in conjunction with the Italian food excellence, with several tasting formulas but always in the name of culinary sophistication.
Luca is young, Italian and highly skilled and has been a member of the CHIC Charming Italian Chef association since 2015. On the condition of quality, the association unites more than one hundred chefs working throughout Italy. Luca is always on the quest for excellent raw ingredients and has an everlasting burning desire to promote knowledge of the territory. He has a philosophy that he follows when passionately pursuing his profession: “Less is more.”
His style involves using no more than 5 ingredients per dish, for truly light recipes. Each dish is powerful, not because myriads of ingredients have been added, but because those selected have been enhanced and used effectively. His dishes are therefore enjoyed; they bring back memories and sometimes offer the adventure of totally new combinations. His aim is to offer his guests a touching experience for the heart, senses and intellect. He believes it is essential to build a relationship of friendly trust with people seeking guidance and advice when choosing the dishes.
Our menu is inspired by the great classics of the Lombardo – Piemontese cuisine.
The beef tartare , fried egg , the Classic Pasta and the cheese fondue are perhaps the best examples of how the scent of truffle can amaze. Moreover , given the cosmopolitan vocation of the city , we wanted to add the most innovative recipes with modern cooking techniques combined with the precious tuber.
