Rome has a new chef: Giordano Corsini.

Giordano Corsini, Luca Mauri, Executive Chef Tartufi & Friends Milano

In our Truffle Lounge in Via Borgognona we welcome the new chef Giordano Corsini. Born in Civitavecchia in 1982, he graduated in accounting but only after his 18th birthday explodes the passion for cooking that he endulge with professional cooking classes. The experiences with the chefs Roy Caceres and Danilo Ciavattini form him and get him even closer to the chef profession. After a brief period of work on the Riviera Romagnola, he returned to Rome where he worked at  Pascucci in Fiumicino and then as a Sous chef at the Hotel San Giorgio in Civitavecchia.

From February 2019, he arrives in the Tartufi & Friends team where he directs the cuisine of the Roman restaurant.

His passion? The first courses, in particular, risotto. Music for our ears and our great classics.

His values? Freshness and territoriality. Just what we have always supported.

His inspiration? Chef Ciavattini, who has marked him the most and still “guides” him today.

And so, with a good luck to the new chef, we invite you to try the dishes of the menu with his personal touch, his interpretation of the classics and his creations!
