For next January 30th, Tartufi & Friends organized a very special event at our restaurant in Milan: a chic eight-handed dinner.

CHIC, Charming Italian Chef, is the association that brings together the best professionals (among them over 50 Michelin-starred Chefs) linked by the passion and ability to propose a cuisine so creative, but respectful of raw materials and the territory.

Our 4 chefs (for a total of 8 “golden” hands) will be Chef Resident Luca Mauri, Emanuele Vallini chef of “La Carabaccia”, Andrea Alfieri of the “Chiostro di Andrea” with his Sous Chef Roberta Zulian.

They will alternate for an exceptional menu, truffled based: it starts with the appetizers prepared by Chef Mauri and Chef Vallini, followed by the tasty Amuse Bouche by Chef Alfieri. The first course is entrusted to the elegance of Chef Vallini while the second course and Pre dessert to the creativity of Chef Mauri. Roberta Zulian, pastry chef and Sous Chef of Alfieri, will delight our guests with a special dessert: millefeuille panettone, chantilly, marron glacé, gold and truffle.
