22 Jan Truffle Valentine’s Day: love inside and outside kitchen
When love for truffles and the aphrodisiac ingredient par excellence are combined with the strong culinary skills of our chefs it can result only in a truly intriguing Valentine’s Day.
Love should be celebrated every day of the year, but on its special day, February 14th, it would be a shame to leave the five senses dry. So here it is our Valentine’s Day menu! Our suggestion, less romantic and more practical, is to book as soon as possible your table. In special evenings like this we finish the available seats very soon.
For dinner you can choose between a la carte menu or a love dedicated tasting menu, created by our executive chef Luca Mauri. Furthermore season allows us two variants, black or white truffle*.
Enough to really fall in love: for example you can taste Potato gnocchi filled with Casera cheese and Truffle, anchovy sauce, Piedmont hazelnut, chard and fresh Truffle; seared Tuna, Pak-choy, mustard seed and fresh truffle; pan-seared Shrimps, glazed Belgian endive, Teriyaki sauce, bitter cocoa crumble and fresh truffle; venison loin Wellington, hazelnut potatoes, Pioppini mushrooms and fresh truffle.
In the tasting menu two appetizers, a first course fish based and a second course meat based, and a dessert: to finally get lost between land, sea, and the his or hers eyes.
