The wait is over. The White Truffle is finally available and the season has officially begun!

We mention one of the Great Masters of Italian cuisine about this wonderful delicacy (translating from italian):

“You know it but do not know to define it, you feel it, but you almost can’t taste it, ypu approach it but you did not seize its soul. Phoenix of international gastronomy, utopia of the senses, the white truffle is essentially scent, and only later taste too”
