07 Nov You will be the chef! Complete Tartufi & Friends dinner, join our cooking class 14th november

You’re quite good in the kitchen but you want to learn how to amaze family and friends with wonderful recipes based on truffles, or you’re not very expert but you want to start with sparks and fireworks: then do not miss the next cooking class of Tartufi & Friends, to learn how to make the same dishes on our menu!

14th november 2018 cooking class in Milan

First of all you will learn to recognize a good truffle, handle it and preserve it.

Then as for a real dinner you will learn how to prepare:

First course: we will start from the classic of the classics: our truffle tagliolino. You will learn how to make the dough, roll it out and shape “tagliolini”, how to prepare the sauce and even how to playe a real Tartufi & Friends tagliolino!

Second course: beef tartare

Dessert: another of our sweetest signature dishes: tiramisu

Due to the extreme quality of the attention given to each student, each cooking class in only for 5 wannabe chefs, and will be held at our Milan restaurant (Corso Venezia, 18)
