1月30日,Tartufi & Friends 米兰餐厅(link)将奉上别出心裁的特别活动——“八手时尚晚宴”。
时尚、迷人的意大利主厨,胸怀共同目标,组成(包括逾50位米其林星级主厨)的顶级烹饪团队,以激情与实力奉上创意十足,尊重原材料与当地风土的美味佳肴。
其中,四位明星主厨(即“黄金八手”)——常驻主厨 Luca Mauri、Carabaccia 主厨 Emanuele Vallini、Chiostro di Andrea 主厨 Andrea Alfieri 及副主厨 Roberta Zulian 是厨房的主角。
四人强强联合,呈现以松露为主料的非凡一餐:以 Mauri 及 Vallini 打造的可口开胃酒为起点,紧接着是 Alfieri 烹制的美味前菜与小吃。头盘由品味优雅的 Vallini 主厨负责,二道与头道点心则由别具创意的 Mauri 主厨掌勺。甜点主厨、Alfieri 副主厨 Roberta Zulian 将为宾客们奉上特制甜点——潘妮朵妮千层酥佐香提丽奶油、糖渍栗子、黄金与松露。
