How to taste Truffle (Black)

The black truffle has a unique versatility, and is present from appetizers to main course, in different forms.
It can be chopped, crushed in a mortar or sliced.
It’s perfect with mushrooms and oil on hot croutons, sliced and cooked together with the roast. It goes well with eggs, and stacked along with vegetables like potatoes, carrots, artichokes and celery.
