Aperitif time is a sensory experience that derives in equal measure from what you drink and eat, of course, but also from the surrounding environment and the convivial aspect of the moment, whether it is for work or for fun with friends.

From today in Milan it is possible to try the brand new cocktail experience signed by Mirko Sodi, the barman who created the new cocktail menu, that transforms the aperitif time into a 360 degree gourmet experience. “It’s not just a drinklist“, Sodi explains, “It is an experience we have the pleasure to share with our customers, using the excellence of our products and trying to mix them in the best way possible in order to offer the more complete and unforgettable experience“.

Truffle is able to enhance the taste of our cocktails and make them special, along with our handmade products. An example?

TruffOld Fashioned, with Caol Ila Islay Single Malt 12 y.o., truffle honey, angostura bitters, orange  angostura bitters and truffle flakes; or Truffle Connection, with Rémy Martin VSOP Champagne Cognac, trufflw bitter and Amaretto Disaronno.

But the real innovation introduced by Sodi is the Martini Experience, which plays with different gins and perfumes to give a taste of the world comfortably seated, and the Italian experience, which can be enjoyed while drinking cocktails prepared with typical Italian products. So come and try, for example, the Oriental Martini, with Ophir Oriental spiced London dry gin, Carlo Alberto Riserva vermouth, china clementi, scent of ginger, or Il Negroni del Pastore, with Thomas Dakin gin, Bitter Campari, our Parmesan cheese flavored vermouth  accompanied by flakes of Parmesan cheese!
