New menu in Milan!

From today the restaurant menu in Milan is renewed thanks to the creative inspiration of Chef Luca Mauri. Next to our classic and timeless dishes, such as the homemade tagliolino with fresh truffle, you can find new combinations of flavors, such as ravioli of foie-gras ravioli, apple gel, sablè hazelnuts, Porto dressing and fresh truffle or deer sirloin, purple cabbage, potatoe mousse, raspberry vinegar and fresh Truffle. All in two variants: black truffle and white Alba truffle.
