20 Jul Tartufi & Friends dessert pairing. When dessert becomes an even sweeter experience

Food pairing is one of the most innovative trends of the last years, perhaps born with the attention (thankfully!) to the quality of the products and with a greater awareness of users towards the world of excellence catering.

It consists in the association of several foods according to their molecular and aromatic composition, and it gives life to never explored combinations of flavors, whether it is by similitude or by contrast.

Tartufi & Friends in every recipe has always been guided by the association of the best ingredients and preparations to give its guests not just food, but experiences.
And what if we would skilfully match the desserts with the exceptional cocktails of our Mirko Sodi? Here comes the dessert pairing of Tartufi & Friends, for a sweet sweet experience!

On the menu of cocktails therefore we suggest some great pairings, but you will always be free to let yourself guided and advised by our barman, according to your preferences.

Try, for example, the signature Tiramisù with a Martini espresso, or cream ice-cream, pine nuts, figs and truffle honey with Saronno sour Truffle, or cheesecake, apricots and hazelnuts with Plantation 2005 Guyana.

Mirko states that “the dessert pairing is the result of a constant teamwork between the chef and me, where we are able to express our harmony and, above all, our vision of the restaurant combined with the bar”.

We are in Corso Venezia in Milan, chef  Mauri, Mirko and all the staff at Tartufi & Friends is waiting for you!
