从古至今,我们深爱的松露拥有令人失去理智的魔力……就连最不惧诱惑之人亦无法抗拒松露的美味。16世纪的修女们为松露痴狂。作家 Giovanna Casagrande 在一家修道院的档案中发现了一本菜谱,并将其记载于《Gola e preghiera nella clausura dell’ultimo ’500》(16世纪隐居地中的祈祷与美食)一书之中。撰写菜谱的修女们建议将催情的松露搭配一月采摘的苦橙享用。“处理干净后油炸:将松露切成薄片,油热后放入锅中,加入适量盐。为防止松露硬化,切勿油炸过久。撒上胡椒、淋上橙汁后即可享用。”
